I rarely write bad reviews but this hotel needs one. The hotel was nice and clean, nothing wrong with that at all. The purpose of this review is the for the poor level of service. The front desk employees at night was very rude ( hanging up the phone on you, attitude, etc). The hotel offers free shuttle services up to 1:00 am. We arrived at the pick up site at 12:30 am come to find out the shuttles was done for the day. We end up getting a taxi there costing us $30. When we arrived at the hotel the front desk was completely deserted. The next morning we went down to the breakfast area at 6:00 am since our flight was early to find that the same employee from the night before did not coordinate with the kitchen for the breakfast. We asked her why it wasn't set up and her responds was that she didn't have time. The shuttle was a 16 passenger van. If you plan on using it, get in front of the line. My shuttle had to leave 2 people behind just because there wasn't anymore room.
After we got back, we contacted the manager, he looked into the shuttle logs by the drivers and the breakfast situation. He was nice enough to reimburse us the money for the cab and trouble with breakfast.
