Rooms were old, carpet nasty, needs renovation, bathroom with mat in tub and underneath the mat it was dirty, the cleaning staff was good during the day, but the beds are tired and the hotel needs a renovation to keep up with the competition in the area

" I Thank You for taking your valuable time to respond to recent stay at Super 8 Elgin, IL. I am very sorry and
to hear that your experience was not as expected.

However, I would like to assure that our room(s) carpet are not in condition that you have mentioned. I would like to know more specific
on that if you could respond. Also, our hotel has gone through renovation and we are improving on new quality of products almost every year.

I do apologies for the overall experience you had. Based on my work exeperience and I would like to request
you to give us a try again in future.
