We loved the bed! The hotel was clean and the shuttle service is commendable, with exception to the disgruntled shuttle drive on our late night trip to the airport. This particular gentleman was extremely rude and it's a shame that this actually made it into this review because the rest of the stay at the Radisson was great. Every other experience we had on the shuttle was positive, just goes to show how one bad experience can hurt business. We loved the pricing and location. We would recommend this for a short term stay. We will stay there again.

We stayed one night at the Radisson O'Hare before having to catch an early flight out. The room was nice but some of the furniture didn't work properly (i.e. the door on the entertainment center didn't close properly). Also you could see where areas of the bathroom were patched up. Beside those few quirks the room was clean and nice. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was good but a bit pricey. In the morning the shuttle was right on schedule. Unfortunately when we returned the shuttle was over 30 minutes late (we had to call the hotel 3 times). All in all it was a good deal for a nights stay and parking while we were gone.

I enjoyed my stay at the Raddison. The room was very nice, I enjoyed the sleep number bed and the free high speed internet. The bathroom was nice too, but for some reason the flow from the sink faucets was almost non existant, I didn't complain as I was too tired.

I had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was ok, the staff were friendly but no one greeted me on entry, I had to go and fine someone.

There is a Target and a few restarants across the road, but if you don't have a car the highway is difficult to cross. The shuttle to the airport was on time and efficiant

Simple, pleasant, very well located, ideal for the business traveller. Paid about $129 per night which is not bad for Chicago!
