We booked and prepaid four nights here at the end of July. Our mistake! First off, when booking, we were given the option of a king non-smoking or a king smoking room. SInce we both smoke, we opted for the smoking room. When we checked in, we were told by the snippy, glib desk clerk that the hotel was completely non-smoking - and that we could just go stand outside to have a cigarette.
The room itself wasn't bad. However, the hotel does allow pets (great for us allergy sufferers.) and you notice their presence by the noise and the odor.
The complimentary breakfast consisted of stale cereal, and, if you were lucky enough to be there when they filled the cases, perhaps a bagel or donut, unless you wanted to cook your own (disgusting) waffle. The club room were the breakfast was set out is a tiny room given the size of the hotel, and seating in there was difficult. The tables were always dirty.
The desk staff were extremely unpleasant to deal with.
The free computer usage does not do anyone any good, as it was not working. We didn't bring a laptop, so we can't speak to the quality of the wi-fi.
There are surely better values out there, and you'd do well to search a bit longer and find one. This place is in no way indicative of the other lovely Comfort Inns in which we have stayed.
