Go to hotel after a bad ride on shuttle. Front Desk made me wait until she finished talking to her friend on the phone. For what I paid for the room, it was not worth it. The furniture was old, bed was uncomfortable and heat had problems. I asked to speak to the manager at checkout. He was in a meeting and could not be disturbed, I was told. What happened to "customer first". This hotel will not get my business again. I stay at Comfort Inns all the time and this place gives it a bad name.

This has to be the worst hotel I have stayed at. The rooms were aged and staff was rude. I couldn't wait to checkout. Filled a compalint with the head office and they said someone would call. I never heard a thing. When I called back. They offered me a full refund. This nice, but they can't replace a wasted night. DON'T EVEN TRY IT. NOT EVEN FOR A FREE NIGHT.

This hotel was a nightmare! The service was bad and that was the best part of my stay. Don't make the mistake.
