The first thing that is actually remarkable about this hotel is the fact that they DO offer complimentary shuttle service to and from Midway airport - despite the fact that Midway is nearly ten miles away.
That said, the hotel itself is nothing special, but the staff makes that fact unimportant ... they were delightful, to a person. I arrived at 9:30 PM after an all night flight AND six hour drive. The desk clerk was attentive, helpful and most of all ... pleasant. Same can be said for the morning staff.

I needed an internet cable when I first arrived, the clerk himself brought it right up.

The room was clean, well stocked, well maintained (except for a loose curtain), and tastefully decorated. The Hampton bed was soft and inviting. The bathroom, while small, had everything a short-term guest might need.

There are stores and restaurants nearby. Overall, I would return.
