Well it started with the waitress Christine who made us feel comfortable, (we looked like tourist), and we felt like a part of the locals who visit here. Our waitress gave us a lesson in 5-6 sauces they have for you to put on your meat if you choose or as she suggested you may not because of the dry rub procedure (she really knew it all). The food arrived very hot, even the toasted garlic bread was like it just came out of the oven. As we chowed thru it all my, wife quippped "this is fun food" and the next thing you know we looked at each other and said" are we finished already" We were just having fun mixing the sauces with our tender pieces of beef, pork, and chicken. We ended up taking our apple pie ala mode to go, as we were full of fun!!!
