“Pub atmosphere with great food.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 31, 2012 via mobile

I don't know what the negative reviews based their review on. The place has a pub feel with a chef that obviously gives a sh&@. Wide variety on the menu, top notch service, and great atmosphere. Chicago is full of gems and we'll likely come back before we leave Chicago.

I had the turkey burger but my wife had an incredible chicken pot pie. Don't miss the stuffed mushrooms.

There is a lounge setup in one side and tables with privacy on the other. Good music but not too loud for conversation.

“Definitely worth a stop in!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 31, 2012 via mobile

I'm not sure what previous reviews were talking about! Best stuffed mushrooms I ever had. Pot pie was better than Grandma's. Hummus was delicious. Friends had Kobe burger and said it was the best burger they ever had. Mushroom sandwich was also delish! Anna our server was out of this world. Very knowledgeable with beers! Guided us to the best of the menu and hit a home run with all of it! Wtg Anna! Definitely memorable.

“Okay Food, Poor Service”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed August 7, 2012

We usually use tripadvisor for all of our restaurant choices when traveling but this time we didn't and we paid the price. The menu is typical, pub food which was fine with us for a quick lunch in wicker park. The waitress was rude, probably because we look young. The "Baked Goat Cheese" with marinara and croustini's is actually a bowl of marinara with three globs of warmish goat cheese and toasted white bread. My chicken sandwich was fine but my dining companions club was served on the wrong bread. When we told the waitress this, she seemed like she couldn't have cared less. Needless to say we won't be returning.

“Take a pass”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 27, 2012 via mobile

Apps and entrees came out at the same time. Shrimp app under cooked. Fish and chips were undercooked and overlooked, respectively. They took the shrimp app back...then forgot to bring it back properly cooked. There are a ton of places on Milwaukee ave to go...no need to give this place your business. Our server was nice tho. Not her fault.
