We spent 3 nights at the Homewood Suites hotel! Check in was a breeze, we booked online and everything was pre-paid so i'm sure that made a difference! The valet was great, very helpful, and timely each time we needed to get our car out! You can get your car out as many times as you would like during your stay. They are renovating the pool right now, but the Hilton Garden pool is available for use and it's a 1/2 block away. We never went to go check it out, but i'm sure if you have children it's something to consider. I think they said it was going to be done by June. The location of this hotel is GREAT! It's very close to Mag Mile, museums, and a million other things can be easily walked to by this location. The atmosphere was very quiet! Our room was great, we had 4 adults staying in this room, and it didn't feel over-croweded at all! We used the pull out couch and there were extra linens in the closet so we had everything we needed. They have bath soaps from Neutrogena and Bath, and Body Works, also have plenty of dishes and glasses in the cupboards to use for snacking! We used their breakfast 2 mornings, they had someone seating you which helped move people in and out, and it was also nice so you knew no one was going to steal your table when you got up! Their breakfast buffett included, eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh waffles, pieces of fruit, cereal, bagels and toast, and juice. We had a great stay at Homewood Suites, I would definately stay at this one again, and I might just start making that our hotel to stay at where ever we travel!

We were there Mother's Day weekend and I'm so glad we stayed at Homewood Suites. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The linens on the bed were quality, I'm going to find out where they order them and buy some for at home. Room was very clean and quiet. Perfect!

We enjoyed a quiet, pleasant stay at Homewood Suites, which is conveniently located off Mag Mile, directly across from Nordstorm and an easy walk from the two big museums. Breakfast was fine, nothing special, but a nice bonus for family members who wake at staggered hours; there was the option of carrying out a tray. Staff throughout the hotel were consistently pleasant and friendly. Elevators (only 2) were slow at times.
The sofa bed was the one disappointment. I had read another reviewer who commented on a lumpy mattress, but then also read reply from the hotel, that they were in the process of replacing and upgrading the sub-standard matresses. No one expects the sofa bed to be as comfortable as the main bed(s), but a family-focused suite-style hotel must surely be aware that the sofa bed is likely to be regularly used.

Great location, close to good eats, convenient to the subway, everyone is friendly, and the wifi isn't slow. That is all you need to know.

I have stayed at this Homewood Suites multiple times on pleasure vacations and this time was four nights on business. This hotel is within one block of the Red Line. The morning breakfast is great as is the evening social (dinner) Monday through Thursday, which includes wine and beer. The room was clean and came with free internet access. The "Market Shop" was reasonably priced and the business center was a great work location. All interactions with staff was pleasant and met expectations. The front door staff consistently opened the door upon arrival or departure and if I needed a cab, they were in the street flagging one down. No complaints. I highly recommend this location.
