The Knickerbocker Hotel is a beautiful, small hotel. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We were upgraded to a larger room and were able to check in early. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very modern. The location is great, close to the John Hanncock Building. We would definately stay here again.

Excellent Hotel! The customer service was out of this world and the location perfect! The bar in the lobby was fun with other guests and entertaining bartenders. I definitely would stay at this hotel again.

Stayed for 10 days in mid september, great location and the staff were extremely helpful. I believe his name was Tom, a bellman, was great with directions and advice on where to go and what to see. The only complaint is that our room had working air conditioning and the as a result the sheets and bedding were damp every night. We were too tired from activities each day to want to move all our stuff to another room, so we only told them as we left. In hidesight we would have changed that, chamber maid was great with offering extra towels. Very friendly staff and again just the one issue. We will be making the trip each year to attend a Bears game, and this hotel is on our list of ones to stay at.

From the time we arrived until we left, the Knickerbocker was a great experience. The staff was courteous, and the service was outstanding. The rooms were bright and clean and the food and service in the restaurant was superb.
