“Live music at lunch.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 24, 2013

I ate lunch here and enjoyed the live musician perched atop an elevated stage overlooking the dining area. Good salads with lots of toppings, seating is limited so that can be frustrating if you are on a time crunch. Zapp's Chips are a nice touch but they did not have the crawfish flavor which are my personal favorite.

Try them if your hungry and pass one on the road.

“Why?”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed January 22, 2013

The bread was dry, the meat look like some kind of spam and the service was not good. Why go there? Why eat there? What was I thinking?

“Quick delivery. A solid lunch option.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 8, 2013 via mobile

Yes, it's a chain. But, when you're pressed for time in a meeting going over its intended end time and want folks to stay to a conclusion, a quick call or internet order into Potbelly's will save you. We ordered an assortment of sandwiches, chips and cookies for our project team, and everyone was very happy. The food is consistent, good and well-priced. The delivery is amazingly quick, especially considering our late order (during peak lunch time). Great, friendly staff. Recommended.

“Much better than average fast food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 30, 2012

Your sandwich is made to order with your choices of add-ons, bread, "skinny" low-carb version. Bread is toasted with cheese. Everything is fresh and tasty. Quick lunch to grab and go.

“At Midway, this is The Place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 23, 2012

I've tried five or six places with my wife and family; there's nothing better than Potbelly. Sandwich variety, good flavors, fresh ingredients when feasible, and the staff are friendly, upbeat, and enjoying their time together. I've waited longer at Arby's or McD's in mid-afternoon and received poor food and smaller portions for a comparable price.

On this last trip, my random seat mate needed a place to eat, so I volunteered to take her there. In line, she informed me that she's a vegetarian -- and one scan on the menu convinced her to stay. I gained a lot of brownie points on her first bite, and she thanked me at least three times for pointing her in the right direction. My own meal was as filling and tasy as I've come to expect.
