I never would have expected a place called "Flat Top Grill" to be a build-your-own-stirfry place full of healthy options. The menu ensured that it was possible to avoid most common allergens or follow a low-sodium diet without sacrificing taste. I didn't have to worry about these and still loved the meal.
Start out with a bowl on your table and add what you want from a variety of fresh fruits and veggies. Add meat, sauce and rice or noodles and give it to the chefs to cook up--a substantial and healthy meal for a reasonable price. For just a little more, you can go back as many times as you want (not an option for me, but our teens would have loved it) and even take the leftovers home.
