To keep up with the French theme, my wife and I went early (5:00PM) on a Wednesday after seeing a matinee performance of the Julia Child play "To Master the Art" at the Water Tower theater. I selected from the Prix Fixe menu ( mushrooms, lamp stew and lemon tart) while my wife had two of her favorites - cassoulet and profiteroles plus a side order of ratatouille. We thought all the food was very tasty and enjoyable. The service was very good and I liked the glass of Bordeaux wine that the waitress recommended. However, this is not a cheap place - over $100 plus tax and tip for the two of us even with the relatively inexpensive fixed price menu that I selected. Also this place is still (along with the MK restaurant) somewhat off the beaten track.
