My husband and I were looking for a place to stay for the Thanksgiving holiday. We found a great deal through the HardRock website. The service was excellent as soon as we checked in to when we checked out. My best friend came to visit me so we ate at Angels and Kings and the service was better than what I expected. I didnt expect much since it was just us having a little food and drinks. The price of the hotel was worth it especially since we ended up spending money on room service. You definitely get a 5 star quality experience here. If you are wondering we got a King room and I could see the Bean!

The location, rooms, views and service are all top notch. You won't find a better, centrally-located hotel this cool in the city. Pay a little extra for a tower suite. You won't be sorry. Both the bar and attached restaurant are great for drinks.

I loved this Hotel, everything was just perfect. Location is great, Staff was friendly and helpful, check in was easy and quick and the room was faboulous, very spacious, nice view, good hot shower with decent pressure. I was on the 8th floor and street noise was a bi of an issue but the beds were so good it felt like sleeping on a soft cloud, it was a shame I had to get out at 4.30 am to catch my plane. It's a pitty I only had one night in the Hard Rock Hotel.

We stayed in one HRH before, in LV, and it was kind of disapointed. When we booked the a Hard Rock Hotel Chicago for the Thanksgiven weekend, we expected less. But we're wrong. Everything is great about this hotel. The unique arquicteture of the building, its localization (steps away from Mag Mile and major mass transportation), the always helpfull staff and the big, comfy and fashion rooms turned our trip much more enjoyable. The rock-and-roll themed bar located besides the lobby helps to keep the party atmosphere. We love it. Who dont?
