“Great location, great price!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 5 days ago NEW via mobile

Great central location from which to explore the downtown sights, not far from Union station (around 10 minute walk). Very efficient check in procedure. Rooms are not massive but comfortable and very consistent (have stayed at other properties in Chicago and San Francisco). No problem leaving luggage ahead of an evening departure. Staff very helpful. Would certainly stay here again as difficult to beat the value. Didn't eat at the on site Elephant & Castle pub but convenient to have this option.

Dear OurmaninHK

Great see to that you were able to enjoy Chicago whilst staying with us at Club Quarters Central Loop and I am delighted that we were consistent with our other Hotel here in Chicago and also San Francisco.
It was nice to see that my colleagues we were able to look after you and your luggage and we do look forward to seeing you again soon - when you should try the Elephant & Castle pub - you will not be disappointed.

Kind regards

I purchased a Groupon for this hotel for a last minute spring break adventure with my kids & was expecting bare bones for the price. I was so shocked to see how wonderful the hotel was! Romantic at the desk was super helpful with getting me & 3 kids checked in while hubby located parking. Two of our kids have life threatening food allergies so the surprise of a microwave & fridge was beyond fabulous. We actually had someplace to store the safe food we brought & were very happy to find some safe snacks on the club floor, too. Great location - so close to all the activities we wanted to do. My youngest wants to know if we can live here now. We will DEFINITELY be staying here next time we visit Chicago - worth every penny! P. S. Roman and every staff member we encountered were so friendly & helpful - you should clone them!

Centrally located, price was cheap compared to most downtown options, relatively easy to get to (not next to any L stop, but several within a few blocks) and obviously close to a lot of attractions (notably the Art Institute is right down the street). Modern-looking room was small but that didn't bother me, a single traveler staying three nights. A few other things that didn't bother me but might bother you: The room didn't have a bath, just a shower; and there was no mini-fridge or microwave. But I would stay here again, it's certainly a fair price for all it offers.

I was really pleased with my stay there. I was skeptical at first due to having to wait to check into our room while they cleaned it real quick. The staff was so helpfulhelp though, especially a young gentleman named Pedro.

Amazing Experience at Club Quarters in West Adams St the staff were really helpful ( JD, Carlos, and Lisa) I would definetely go to this hotel again when visiting Chicago. Everything was walking distance and liked that there were lots of shopping stores on Slate St.

This hotel in an old historic building is perfect if you want to be downtown in the middle of things. Walking distance to Chicago Institute of Art, etc. Rooms are a little small but still efficient clean and modern. The key is to ask for a room above the floor with a river view. Made all the difference.

Room Tip: Above 20th floor, river view

I was here for valentines day. As I walk in I was aproach by nick, he help me on checking in to my room fast and efficient. We were tired from our flight and we had a couple of bags to take to our room. He quickly call a staff member to help us with our lougage. Luis was a very helpful on taking our lougage and he made sure we had the room we wanted for our grate night. Over all the staff in the facility is one of the nicest and helpful. That I have ever been in. Thank you nick and luis for all your help. Defenetly recommending to frinds and family keep up the good work.
