The Conrad was everything I expected and more. The staff were all friendly, efficient and professional. Rooms were new, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the soaking tub a nice end to a chilly day in the city. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillow menu - great! I tried the Relaxation pillow and loved it! It is rare to find a luxury hotel that does not charge for internet access - good job Conrad!

I had the pleasure of staying at the Conrad Chicago for a few days during October 2009, while on a business trip with some colleagues and clients. Let me first stay that I've stayed at other Chicago properties (Westin, W, Allegro) and this hotel was far and above the others. The rooms and bathrooms were significantly larger than those at comparable hotels, and the finish-out of the room was wonderful.

My room had a large 46 or 52" LCD TV, a Bose stereo system (with separate subwoofer), and alarm clock with iPod connection, separate bath & shower, and a wall-sized window of the city - truly excellent.

The other nice thing was that high-speed internet and health club access was complimentary - something that a lot of other properties charge for. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago.

The Conrad has it all. What more can be said? From the quiet atmosphere, to the rooftop lounge, to the large rooms our stay was top-notch. Even better, they'll validate your parking for a discount which, when compared to other hotels, is a raging bargain. Make sure to ask about it at the front desk. Also, another tip would be to use the elevators (that I think) face Rush St. Using the one inside the shopping center can take a long time.

I got a deal for my stay at the Conrad this summer, but would be willing to pay full price next time! I highly recommend the Conrad, it's light-years beyond the nearby InterContinenal.

The Service was great. Upon arrival we were greeted at the entrance with lots of help with luggage. There was no wait at the check-in desk with plenty of pleasant service.
There were 3 of us staying overnight; we had 2 Double beds. The room was very comfortable with a big screen TV, plenty of storage, and large shower and separate commode area. It was very up-to-date. The Concierge gave us great information to sights and shopping. Thumbs up to this hotel.
