I am very hapy with my stay at Conrad. I have been staying there for last few weeks and will continue. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Their bed and breakfast is best in town.
I will recommend it to everyone.

I haven't written a review in a while; not because I haven't stayed at some fantastic and, conversely, fantastically awful hotels, but I just haven't gotten around to it. The Conrad Chicago has shaken me from my apathy and compelled me to praise it here.
My first stay was about a month ago on a business trip to Chicago. The rate was amazing, it is in the middle of everything, and I've been meaning to try this hotel for a while. The entire experience was great, so I had to try it again when business brought me back to Chicago. Surely the first time I just had stars in my eyes and it couldn't be as nice again, right?! Wrong. In fact, it was even better.
The check-in experience is on the 5th floor, and the clerks have been extremely friendly, professional, and efficient. They invite you the "Wine Down," a nightly wine happy hour in the bar.
I was fully expecting a small but well decorated room like many of the nice downtown hotels. I was pleasantly surprised when my room was larger than many suburban hotel rooms. The design was modern but classic, and the internet was fast as the wind.
OK - clearly the bathroom will be tight, and that would have been fine. But no, there was a full soaking tub, walk-in shower, and separate room for the toilet. It was much nicer than my bathroom at home.
I ate breakfast in the restaurant, and was very happy with the meal. Check out was quick and friendly, and I was on my way.
I have stayed at many hotels in downtown Chicago and, without naming names of other high-end hotels, the Conrad trounces them all in service, facilities, and value. I am so happy I decided to try this hotel out, and look forward to several more stays in the future.

I love this hotel. It is super clean, bright, quiet and luxurious. The bathroom has a separate tub, shower and water closet. Beautiful finishes, wonderful products. The bed was heavenly. There were lots of outlets for charging devices. I had a great view of the skyline. The hotel smelled clean and fresh. Free internet, free unlimited bottled water, free coffee in the lobby and hot chocolate and tea in the afternoon. I bought a package with breakfast included for 10 bucks extra. It was delicious. Staff was attentive and pleasant. They take care of you there and I loved the quiet, relaxed vibe. I'll be back for sure.

This is our third stay here, and each time we enjoy it. Rooms are a nice size, bathrooms very large, they provide bath robes and slippers, which I just love. On the 5th floor they provide free coffee, tea, and water. Although they said until 10am, they had it out longer than that. Even had hot chocolate out in the afternoon. Something you don't see very often. Like that it's connected to the mall that has Nordstrom's, plus walking distance to a lot of great restaurants. Front desk staff very nice. Parking, like the other hotels in the area is expensive. Stumbled on a website called ParkWhiz, Pre- paid reserved parking in different parking structures in Chicago and other cities. We tried it, saved about 50%, good if you don't mind walking a short ways and not doing in and out.
