Really impressed. Like it says above housekeeping do a great job and it's a well appointed apartment. Manilow were fantastic to deal with and very prompt in their correspondence. Everything just worked which is always refreshing.

The Formula Fitness is a great facility and is part of the building. There is a nice pool and a really well appointed gym which I got a lot of use out of. There is a Marianos which has opened up a couple of blocks away which is a great food store. The guys on reception are also friendly and super helpful.

I'd stay there again.

The housekeeping did an exceptional job maintaining the apartment on a weekly basis. The staff was always friendly and helpful when I asked any questions or reported any issues (whether it was setting up the cable or recovering from a power outage). I liked the promotional events by local food vendors because it seemed to encourage more social interaction by tenants. I think having more organized group events such as for sightseeing around Chicago would been nice (unless I missed those announcements?). Overall I had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend your suites.
