Had lunch here twice last week -- once with a friend and once with my adult son.
Both times the food was fabulous. The menu is spanish oriented, as billed, but with some surprises like french fries and hamburgers. Loved the ceviche, the tuna tacos, chicken salad and whitefish. Great spices and everything cooked perfectly.
My son is gluten-free and lactose intolerant -- I let them know, and they coded the menu for him, to let him know the options that met his criteria, and came out from the kitchen to discuss it with him. They were very accommodating.
the restaurant design is very clean -- almost spare..... some tree branches are hanging upside down from the ceiling to divide the space, which works really well. Other commissioned art is lovely. the tables are well-spaced. Light coming into the large windows can cause a glare -- in Chicago, i am always grateful for sunshine.
