The Felix has only been open a short time and sadly the restaurant was behind schedule so we had to eat out. It also meant that only tea and coffeee were available in the mornings. That said however the hotel is well situated for access to the city and there are plenty of eating places within easy walking distance. Would suggest YOLK on Wells for excellent breakfasts. Rooms in the hotel were perfectly adequate, comfortable and well air conditioned. Staff were friendly and helpful and the bar, though small, was no bad place to come back to at the end of the day. In all, we spent ten days there and were we to visit Chicago again would certainly not bypass The Phoenix.
