I apologize for the issues you endured with our showers during your stay. Your comments have been passed along to engineering and housekeeping to ensure that they will no longer be a problem for future guests. I am sorry to hear that we could not meet your standards during your stay while we are in between restaurants. We strive to meet the needs of our travelers, and I am sorry that you felt your experience was not as enjoyable. I do hope that you plan another stay when our new restaurant opens.
