The Burnham is my first choice whenever I come to Chicago. Great service from the doorman, to the front desk and at the Atwood Cafe - which by the way has outstanding food. I always feel welcomed back and the staff go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay. I really enjoy the character and feel of the hotel and restaurant. I highly recommend it!

This Kimpton hotel located in the heart of the Loop does it right. A clubby atmosphere combines with sincerely friendly staff and clean rooms (with GREAT darkening drapes) to make my stay last week there on business a totally enjoyable experience. I've found that if the staff of a hotel seems happy, the visitors are, too. That seems to be the case here. I would absolutely stay there again.

We were in town for a night to see The Book of Mormon and chose Hotel Burnham primarily because of its proximity to Bank of America Theatre but also because of the reviews. We loved the hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone wishing to stay near the theater district, Millennium Park, Macy's, etc. Every staff member we interacted with was extremely helpful and friendly. We were given a room on one of the upper floors at no additional cost. The rooms are cozy but very clean and well decorated. We really liked the renovated/refurbished features throughout the building. The wine hour from 5-6 was also a nice touch. This may become our new 'go-to' hotel in Chicago.

Can't wait to go back again for a stay in Downtown Chicago.
The location is great, and the service is outstanding!!!!
We stayed there in August & December for romatic get-a-way weekends. Both times, the service was amazing and the rooms overlooked State Street.
