a spur of the the minute decision to go Chicago and no hesitation booking this hotel.. Could only get a suite at such short notice but the views form the 5th floor windows on both sides were worth it-views down to the Lake and down the theatre district. The attention every time you walk in is so personal-love the happy hour for wine and one night we missed it so w e were given a free drink at the bar. The bed was the most comfortable ever.
love that a very nice restaurant is on the premises too.
It's also central to many sights.
The only thing I don't like is the dog policy whilst the ones there were no trouble i find it strange that dogs are allowed in a hotel
