We ate here the first night we arrived in Chicago and it was no busy at all (it was 10pm and there was us at 1 table, and 4 others at the bar)...otherwise, the only others in the place were waitstaff and bartenders. I had the lobster ravioli and my husband had the burger. Food was ok...there wasn't much lobster in my dish, but it tasted ok. For the price, I expected a few more bites of lobster...I thought (from how the menu made it sound) that the rav's would be stuffed with lobster...but they were cheese rav's and the lobster was a few small chunks of meat mixed in the sauce. Overall, service was very slow (it took 1.5 hours to get our food...guess they wanted us to run up a drink tab before we ate). I wouldn't eat here again based on this experience. My drink was mixed weak, food was unimpressive, and service was slow for a non-busy night. Take your business elsewhere.
