The architectural details are amazing. Seems like every surface has a decorative treatment, mosaics abound. This was the old city library and was apparently on the chopping block when the new library was built. Thank goodness it remains. There are two gorgeous glass domes, one a restored Tiffany dome, that are must sees. There is art on display, but it seems that they lean toward Modern artists and if that is your thing then it's a big bonus.
