We were in Chicago for our honeymoon and spent a couple of hours here. We only got through a small segment of it. There were so many cool things but the Hall of Buddhas might have been my favorite. I'm pretty sure that wasn't the real name but once you see it, you'd understand. There were security/docents in just about every area to answer questions and politely ask you to not lean so close. There are alarms that are almost constantly being set off by people getting too close to statues and such. Everything was at a good height and seemed very accessible. I have to admit I got a little lost but not a huge deal.
The shop was much larger than I thought when I walked in and full of all kinds of things that helped us finish up our Christmas shopping lists!
There was a coat check right at the front and the lines were kind of long but don't be fooled. You get through pretty quickly.
