The evening manager of the hotel was extremly rude to me and treated me like I was an idiot. I had two rooms reserved and needed to cancel one. After his condesending voice and attitude and after he hung up on me the first time I called, I just wanted to cancel both. After this he proceeded to tell me that he couldn't do that and wouldn't tell me why. I needed the rooms for relatives coming into town for a funeral and with this service I didn't want either room! He said to me that because of my attitude he was going to charge me for both rooms! I couldn't believe that he threatend me with my own credit card! He wouldn't tell me his name, he said he was the manager, which I don't know if this is true, and by the end of the conversation I was in tears. You would think that because of this family emergency that something could have been done to accomidate my family. I have never been treated like this before from any company and will never stay at a Days Inn ag! ain.
