It's a beautiful (and free) promenade to do in Tahiti. First, you have many path that lead you to lotus, gardenia, "opuhi" , etc.. it's peacefull, even though the road is near the gardens.
And then, for walkers, you can choose one of the 3 path in the mountain (a 2 hours walk, the "Grande boucle"; a 1 hour walk if you take your time : the "Petite boucle" or the river walk, maybe 20 to 30 minutes ?) and climb a little bit. If you just want to have a great view on the sea, choose one of the "boucle" (it's the same start and finish) and go to your right. It worth it !
