Stayed at this new hotel 4/25-4/27.
Hotel is nicely decorated and the staff was very friendly.
Booked a Queen Suite for some extra space which was very nice.
After being in the room for about 30 minutes we continued to hear a loud noise which sounded like a loud large truck running in the parking lot. I looked to see where the truck was and realized that the noise was actually in the room and was due to the air conditioner motor which was housed in a locked closet type space right next to one of the beds. We asked if all the suites were designed like this and were told yes. The weather turned pretty cold at this time and we wound up not really needing to have the air on much. Would not have been happy if we had to listen to this the whole time.
Our toilet was uneven on the floor by about an inch and went forward when you sat down. Maintence "fixed" this by wedging something in the space. (It did work)
Our last day/night of our stay housekeeping never came to our room. We noticed room service trays in the hall that were there for about 12 hours. The hotel did not seem to be that busy so I'm not sure why these things would have been overlooked.
