Ming's was a bit crowded and hot the day I visited. It had the typical things you'd find at a Chinese buffet steam table. Rice, noodles, General Tso's, broccoli beef, etc. I had a fine meal, but nothing was outstanding. Nothing was bad either. The food was eye appealing, hot, and tasted fine (if a little Americanized) but when I eat Chinese I like to have a little more of a cultural experience with the meal. That was lacking at Ming's.
