Ming's is your typical mega-buffet. I hesitate to call it a "Chinese" buffet, as 2/3 the food is of American or other non-Chinese origin. The Chinese entrees they do serve are rather bland and taste very similar to each other. The sushi is average: not great, not bad and consists mostly or rolls. The rest of the soups, appetizers, desserts, etc. are fairly tasty. This is the type of place you go to when you want to pig-out. It's not the type of restaurant you visit when you're looking for quality Chinese food or sushi.
