Absolutely disappointed, on the verge of disgusting. Start with an appetizer of calamari, most likely a frozen bag from the grocery heated in the oven. Definitly not fresh. House salad was slobbered in a dressing that resembled a thick whipped cream. Ordered my $34 steak medium, only to receive a charred steak, well done on the outside, still walking around on the inside. Poorly cooked. To top it off, I ordered the supposedly popular au gratin potatoes for my side dish. Made me sick to eat. It was clearly thick french fries drenched in melted velvetta cheese. This explains my first and last trip to Jim's Steak House. Sorry Jim, no good.
