“Would stay here again”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 9, 2013 via mobile

Everything met my standards. It seemed very clean and new enough. People were pleasant. It's location was close enough to the highway, on the main strip with lots of fast food and restaurants. The kids enjoyed the pool and the waffles in the morning.

We were able to have the window open during the night and could not hear traffic. The mature pine trees along the hotel was a great sound block. The birds were singing in the morning and was very enjoyable for us to wake up to.

I stayed at this property for a total of 5 nights over two weeks. The hotel used to be an Ameritel Inn. You will find large rooms that are clean with updated furniture. Our room had two queen beds and room for a leather recliner. The sink area is outside of the main bathroom that helps in getting ready in the morning.

The staff is very friendly, the breakfast in the morning is very ample and they have a nice pool area. The property is non-smoking and they do take pets - if this bothers you they only allow them on the main floor so requesting a room on an upper floor will keep you away from the pet rooms.

Pretty much like all Best Western Plus hotels. Nice pool area at this one. Breakfast was good. More fruit on the buffet would have been good. They need to enforce their parking rules better. There was some dork that thought he was special that parked his truck in the fire lane. That blocked up some of the legitimate spaces. We'd stay here again when in Twin Falls.

When front desk was notified on Saturday night that the hot tub was cold we were told that maintenance was on vacation and could not be reached. No one from office knew how to turn temp up. Hot tub was probably about 80 degrees. Much too low to be called "Hot Tub". Pool was even colder. Office did not seem to want to be bothered by complaints about this, as they did nothing to alleviate the problem. When paying One Hundred Dollars.for a room with ammenities this was not what was expected.

this is a nice place for stopping on a road trip. Not fancy, but perfectly acceptble for short stay. The room was average size with nice amenities. All the usual upgrades were in place and while the bathroom is small, they wisely separated the sink from the tub and toilet so it can be used while someone else uses the tub/shower. There is free WI-Fi and the front desk person was very helpful when I couldn't log on at first. The pool and hot tub are open 24 hours which is nice if you are a late arrival. It was very clean and the temperature perfect. Breakfast buffet (included in room price) was excellent with quite a bit of variety and several hot dishes. We appreciated it being open at 6 am so we could get an early start. Prices are definitely a good value. Easy access to the interstate and near lots of restaurants.
