“Clean, very nice pool area, & close to shops.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 30, 2010

We stayed at this hotel just one night but it met all of our needs. Large, clean room, breakfast and a nice swimming pool for the young one. The pool is indoors and heated. Breakfast was good, more than just muffins and bagels. We had scrambled eggs, potatoes, toast, oatmeal, sausage. Would stay here again. Bonus Target and Costco are about 1 block away.

We recently stayed at the Ameritel in Twin Falls, Idaho, and I highly recommend staying there if you're ever in Twin Falls.
All of the employees were cheerful and helpful, from the front desk staff to the housekeeper.
Our room had two queen beds and an area with a desk and chair. The rooms were spotless and we all enjoyed the amazing hot breakfast that was served each morning. Close proximity to Costco and the shopping mall were an added bonus.
We will definitely stay here again.

We booked into this new hotel sight unseen from the Internet - and did we luck out! It is new and beautiful and in a great location. I have stayed in Twin Falls at least 3 times before and always managed to find slightly seedy unattractive hotels for nearly the same price as this gem! We used TripAdvisor's rating system and decided to see how that worked - well, we were thrilled. Everything is new, clean, spacious. The breakfast included in the price was very good with lots of variety, the pool and hot tub are open 24 hours for guests! The clerk at check in gave us coupons for an excellent restaurant (Jakers, I think) down the road. We were so pleased and will definitely be back.

Beautiful luxury inn with excellent service. The hotel was a bit difficult to find since it was new and there was a lot of construction in the town. The room was so large and super clean. The only disappointing thing was that there weren't Idaho breakfast potatoes at breakfast even though the sign in the lobby said that there would be. No biggie... saved me some calories. Otherwise a wonderful place.

In the past 10 days, I've stayed at three top Twin Falls motels: the Ameritel Inn, the Holiday Inn Express, and the Hilton Garden Inn.

While all three motels provided a quality stay, the Ameritel Inn stands head-and-shoulders above the rest. No stone has been left unturned.

Like the Hilton Garden Inn, the property is well-appointed, tastefully decorated, and supremely comfortable. Beds are the equal of the Holiday Inn Express specialty mattresses, and the pool and fitness center are larger, open 24 hours, and offer more features than other two contenders.

I found the free breakfast buffet almost the equal of the $10-plus-tip offerings sold by Hilton Garden Inn--and did I mention the word, "free"? With hot foods changing daily, a variety of toastable breads, cereals, fruit, yogurt and hot waffles, the free breakfast far exceeded the more-modest buffet offered by the Holiday Inn Express.

Now, the Hilton Garden Inn does have a small in-house restaurant in which to buy dinner, but guess what? It's right next door! It was a 90-second walk to get a hot meal without having to drive.

These three properties offer rooms at about the same price point--you'll pay a bit more at Hilton Garden Inn, a bit less at Holiday Inn Express. DO use the TripAdvisor.com search feature to compare rates; I found a "stay two nights, get the third night free" promotion on Travelocity.com that lowered my per-night rate substantially.

My ONLY quibble with this property: their Web site doesn't offer matching price guarantees. Had they given me the same "free night" offer, I would have been happy to book through them.

Bottom line: I've stayed at all three properties in the same week. Ameritel Inn wins, hands down, for the best comfort, service and value.

My husband and I were married in Twin Falls in 2008. We stayed at the Ameritel then in a jacuzzi suite. Whenever we're in Twin Falls the Ameritel is at the top of our list of places to stay. Our last visit this month was no disappointment. The rooms are nice sizes, the staff is always friendly, the rooms are always very clean and the ammenities are great. The hotel is close to good shopping and restaurants.

After a long ride from California through a snow storm, finally arrived at this Ameri Tel after 12.5 hours. The hotel clerk was pleasant and the room was immaculate with plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable. It had a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. The rate was very reasonable and the next morning had a very nice breakfast. Too bad we did not have the time to enjoy pool/ jacuzzi and the work out room that was open 24 hrs. I had to wake up early the next morning for Canada. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
