“We will NEVER stay here again!”

We stayed at the Riverview Motel and it was an absolutely awful experience!!! From the moment we arrived we were treated as if we were an incovenience to the owners/staff. They were rude and unaccomadating for no apparent reason. To top this off their rooms were extremely over priced for what you actually get!

There are several different places in Riggins that are a much better value and experience. If the owners of this motel don't like people they should probably get into a different buisness. Riggins is a great little town but staying at the Riverview Motel about ruined the experience for us!

We stayed one night in the Riverview and were pleasantly surprised at how nice it is. The riverfront site is especially nice, with a picnic area. All the rooms have a great riverview.

The River View Motel at the North end of Riggins is quiet and clean. It overlooks the Salmon and has steps leading down to the beach. We stay there 2-3 times per year. I like to go down under the canopy of trees that are in a little cove and just listen to the river. We can have our dog there. The motel has a public porch on the river side where guests can BBQ and sit. I prefer the River View to the large, more modern hustle and bustle of the lodge near the South end of Riggins. We are quiet people and we like quiet places.
