What a find! This place is amazing. We had seen it driving by toward Seattle so tried it on the way back home. Incredible selection of breakfast items from amny European traditions. Danish, Germans, Swedish, Hungarian. Started in Pullman, WA the Post Falls location appears to be their newest. Use web site to get directions because the location is not obvious how to get to. But it is well worth it.
The Munich Omlette I had was great as were the potato pancakes which were not just some hashbrowns glued together with pancake batter like other places but chuncks of soft/crunchy hand carved potato strips perfectly melded into crispy pancakes with bits of onion. Wonderful! And the Orange Juice is fresh squeezed from Valencia oranges. The Aebelskiver's are super too. We will definitely time our return trips to the area for breakfast time so we can stop there.
Nate, the manager (and son of founder) , was doing double (triple) duty as host and waiter - as well as relating the story of the place. A seriously good amabassador and very nice guy. If you have never been there before let them know - they will have a treat for you.
The Peri-Peri hot sauce is excellent and I bought a bottle to bring home. Just a bit hotter than Tabasco sauce and more flavor.
