The large interior corridor room was tastefully decorated, including wallpapered walls and several nicely framed pictures. The small vanity was separate from the bath and toilet, which I prefer. Furnishings included a table with chairs, a desk and an armoire. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, but a gurgling sound from the air conditioner and plumbing noises from other rooms could wake a light sleeper. Amenities included an iron and ironing board, television, clock radio, coffeemaker and hair dryer. The free continental breakfast included waffles, Danish, cereal and fruit along with coffee and juices. Several restaurants are nearby. Overall, this is a good motel unless you sleep in late and other guests begin taking early showers because the plumbing noise could awaken you. Fortunately, we got up early.

This hotel is a pleasant place to stay. The rooms are great- large and very clean. The staff is ready to take care of anything you want. My kids loved to pool. I think we used a TON of towels and nobody said a thing. The breakfast is really good with a large selection and a waffle maker. The biscuits and gravy was tasty. This is a great place to totally recharge your batteries. Don't hesitate to book it!

The hotel may be dated, but the staff was just excellent! We arrived late in the evening, and they were very accommodating. Gave us a great discount because we were getting one of the last (and least desirable) rooms.

We've stayed in this motel a couple of times. The layout is confusing and though you have to use your key card to access every door, I found it both times to be a little creepy.... I never felt really secure here. We travel a lot (145 days last year) and very rarely do places not feel safe, but this is one of them. The breakfast room is pleasant, and the staff friendly, though sometimes a little overly personal. (This is not a huge fault, when you consider that lots of time hotel staffers can be the epitome of rudeness) Room was clean and very spacious, but desperately needs updating from the last do-over, which must have been about 1975. They were laying new carpet in some rooms while we were there... perhaps they're moving in the right direction. I think next time we're in Pocatello we're going to seek out lodging that feels a bit less bleak.
