“Great Beer”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 12, 2012

Had the Porter, excellent. Need to find my way back that way for the Stout. Great food, quite a few vegetarian options.

“Portneuf Valley Brewing”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 12, 2012

Had the Mac & Cheese, and it was really nothing to write home about. Quite lacking in any flavor at all. Service was friendly, but it seemed as though there was only one server on when we went, and as it was seat yourself, it took a little bit for him to realize we were there. The place was cute, although there were a few flies buzzing around, and our table could have used a good wiping. We didn't try any of their brews, but did have the homemade root beer, which was delicious! Not too bad overall, and we will probably give it another shot, but we weren't terribly impressed the first time around.

“Good food, funky place”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 4, 2012

Had the hummus, it was okay but needed more garlic. The turkey sandwich was really good, their bread is very nice.

“food microwaved?”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed September 2, 2012

Had meat lasagna last week. It was hot in certain areas of the plate and cold in other, which means it was microwaved out of the refrig. Very disappointing. I think I'll stick to pizza if we go back. Beer was cold and tasty, however.

“A hidden little jewel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 22, 2012

We drove to Pocatello expecting to find a bustling little college town but all we found was this delightful brewery. Pocatello is a pretty little town but not a typical college town so there was not much to do. However, we found the pub and loved the beer. We took home two growlers and plan on going back to fill them up soon. We had a delicious lunch which was fresh and light.

The drive there from SLC is very nice. It's a nice day trip.
