I love NY pizza. I was anxious to give this new place a try and see how their pizza compared to the "real" thing. The menu (s) were very complicated. The prices were really high, I thought, for this town, but I was determined to give it a try. The 20 inch plain cheese pizza is $20. I must say, it was good. I did ask for a warm plate, some oregano; and the waitress gave me "that look; like - what a weird request". I did enjoy it and will go back; but the price should come down. My husband thought the crust tasted like cardboard. The salad with walnuts was good, but the "large" was not really "large", and again expensive. Friends' eggplant parmasean was burnt and overcooked. The furnishings were really nice; lots of money to create the atmosphere; but not enough seating inside to hold many customers in the winter. The service was not very pleasant. We were the only patrons at 4pm, and all 4 of us felt the waitress was not nice and "tolerated" us. But, I did like the pizza and for that reason alone, I would return again.
