Owner description: Located high in the mountains of Central Idaho, Brundage Mountain is best known for its powder-packed glades and luxuriously wide groomed runs. Blessed with over 320 inches of snowfall annually, Brundage has an undisputed reputation for the Best Snow in Idaho™. 1,500 acres of terrain and 1,800 feet of vertical make Brundage Mountain a mid-sized resort that 'skis big'.

“Great snow, good personnel, and good prices”

This place has it all. Great powder snow, very competent and friendly staff, and good prices. Love to ski here.

“Hiking for the goods!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 30, 2012

One week after the last significant storm powder turns are still avialable. All it takes is a little sweat and a willingness to earn your turns. The hike up Sargent's is worth it, good lines with minimal traffic.

“Beautiful scenery”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 27, 2012

Hardly any lines during their "busy time" over the holiday. Snow was good. Runs are steep, but not treacherous. Prices are good compared to most resorts, especially over the holidays. It got very foggy at the top of the mountain. Some of the chair lifts are slow! Employees are friendly and competent. Super cold in December, but it's cold everywhere at that time. The lodge is small, but adequate. Nothing fancy, but not run down either. Great soup in the cafe.

“Needs work”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 15, 2012

The powder is great when the storms come in, but the lifts and customer service leave a great deal to be desired.

“I have been here a couple times, and love it...”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 6, 2012

This is where I learned to snowboard years ago! I have been back recently and it was still great. I live in a very small town though where our only Ski/Snowboard area only has a T-bar!
The staff is pretty friendly, and there are quite a few runs, I love to go here. The teachers are very patient and they seem to really love giving lessons, you can rent the gear here too they get you all fitted and get your board all ready for you to go, its a great place to learn to snowboard! The ride up on the lift is beautiful and the people assisting with the lifts are very patient! The medical personel are really nice, and helpful as well. I fell one of the times we went there and sprained my ankle, it was horrible because I couldn't go out for a while but the medical personel were nice and friendly and tried their hardest to keep me entertained!
Another favorite with our family is that the non snowboarders (my mom) likes to ride the lift up the mountain and back down (I don't remember how much it is) but she really enjoyed that
