At the beginning of summer when I heard Il Naso had been sold, I thought it might take years to get back on top. The new owner Sam was a waiter at the old Il Naso and has preserved the decor and ambiance from the old days. The only description I can give is that it is a very comfortable restaurant. The food is exceptional. My wife had an elk chop with a dusting of bitter chocolate, I had veal saltimbocca and both were a delight. It was a cold evening in January and the bisque to start with was perfect. The staff is very congenial, there is no sense of being rushed, they have a very good wine list, and the price is reasonable.
