On a recent trip to Venice, we spent two evenings having dinner and drinks at Laguna, I have to say the staff were fantastic and view was break taking. I you are fortunate enough to be able to eat and this wonderful Resturant I would recommended it 100%

If you are not fortunate enough to have booked at this lovely Lido hotel, it is possible to have a wonderful dinner experience. The restaurant is awesome. The view is amazing and the food delicious. The head waiter was so delightful (he was fun and made sure everything was perfect). I noticed that this is a very family friendly place with great food (fine dining, but the kids are happy too). Well, they treat you like you are movie stars. The restaurant was not more expensive than any other café or restaurant we visited in Venice. We went back for our anniversary dinner (I made reservations).
I think this a lovely hotel (must book well in advance as with most places in Venice that are great). The sunset lagoon views are amazing and without the noise of the boat/vaporetto/bus stop. This was the only restaurant we went back to for a second visit. If we lived in Venice, this would be our favorite restaurant.

Quite simply one of the nicest hotels that we have stayed in. The view alone ,from the room and terrace would be worth the stay but added to this was the comfort of the hotel, friendliness of the staff and overall ambience. Excellent connections from the vaporetto station which is 3 mins walk away. And the Lido is a perfect antidote to the hustle and bustle of Venice.

Room Tip: Book early!Lagoon view.

Fantastic views across the lagoon from the restaurant and bar. Sitting oustside in the evening enjoying a cocktail is quite stunning. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is close to water bus stop, local shops, supermarkets and restaurants/bars. Ideal location. A 10 minute walk the other way from the lagoon and you come to the beach . Venice 10 minutes away by water bus. Plenty to see and do in venice. This year was 3rd trip and 2nd to Villa Laguna. Will be going back again

Room Tip: Pay a little extra for a room with lagoon view

Honeymoon hotel.
Beautiful setting with views over Venice and the lagoon, good position for the ferries which are 5 mins walk away.
Our room was lovely with a balcony overlooking the lagoon and we enjoyed the breakfast with the best coffee ever served to us in a hotel.
Didn't eat dinner in the hotel but menu looked excellent and you could eat in the garden.
There are a good restaurants and bars nearby for coming back to the Lido after a day in Venice.
Highly recommended.

If you want to stay away from the bustle of Venice, this is an ideal spot, right near the water bus stop. Very pleasant staff, good sized rooms. Very good place for a few days sightseeing and relaxing; wrong side of the Lido for the beach and no pool, so not best for a week's relaxing and sunbathing.

Room Tip: When the room has a "Lagoon View" check what that really means - a view from a side window...

[Nice city for walk around]
In the morning, it is nice to walk around the hotel,
beautiful small garden, street, and you can also
enjoy the beach at the other side of the Lido island.

[Access]
Very close to water bus stop, 1-2min. walk.
From the stop, you can directly access to
Venetian city and Airport

[Breakfast]
You can enjoy breakfast with seeing the nice
view of Venetia city.

[Tour offer for Murano island glass factory]
Hotel staff offered us for Murano island trip
with the private taxi boat. The transfer from
hotel to factory was fun to ride.

You can see how Venetian glass made and buy some of them.
It was really expensive even with special discount.
discounted price is as twice as high from other store in Murano island.
However, design and professional packing seems to be advantage for factory.
