“GREAT hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 29, 2011

First time staying in Coeur d'Alene and was very pleased! Hotel looks very new and extremely clean. The lobby was very large and welcoming as well as the hotel staff. Room was also large and the bathroom very nice. Beds ultra comfortable. Had a nice glimpse of the lake outside. Breakfast was also good. Plan on coming back in winter !

I'm not sure why Hilton has this classified as a Hampton Inn, but I'm glad they do. I love the price for what is a nicer hotel than the "4-star" properties I've stayed at throughout Europe and Asia.

Every good thing others have said about this property rang true. Granite everywhere, comfortable beds, nice-sized bathrooms, mini-fridge, microwave. The only slight thing that could have been better was the need for more hangers in the closet.

I would stay here any day. The rooms seem nicer and newer than those at the Resort.

Thumbs up!!!!

I recently returned from a trip to Couer d' Alene. My son and I were touring the area for him to make a final decision about attending school in Idaho. The Hampton was our home away from home while we were there. I booked on Expedia and wasn't offered a room choice. I was able to call the hotel and have them confirm a room with two queen beds directly, in spite of having not booked directly with Hampton. They even left me a voice mail while we were flying to confirm the availability of our room preference. The hotel was immaculate. Breakfast satisfying. The property located near (but not too close) to major roads. It's also within walking distance of the water and a new shopping center with a movie theatre and restaurants. We're heading back to Idaho over the holidays to visit and ski and we'll definitely rebook at this property.

Our family has traveled quite a bit and always liked Hamptons. This one is the best! Admittedly, new, but all-around nice. We stayed in a 5th floor room. I don't know if every floor was this way, but not only a spacious room with all amenities, but higher ceiling giving an even larger feel.
All Hamptons have a certain menu at their breakfasts, but this surpassed them. Not just three types of cereal, but six. Two waffle makers instead of one. Wonderful eating area. Just everything a little nicer.
Our kids liked the pool and late hours of operation.
We bought Silverwood tickets here. They said the same price as Costco.

Room Tip: Rooms facing front have a nice view

My husband and I spent two nights here during a road trip. Everything was perfect. The property is located in a newly developed area and there were food and entertainment options within walking distance.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Comfort and furnishings were done with great detail. The best nights sleep I have ever had in a hotel. The view around the hotel was great. Bring your bike, the bike trail is right out the door. I want to go back and do some river excursions.

Couldn't afford famous Coeur d'Alene Hotel, so this new hotel along Spokane River not far away was great. Easy access to highways. Breakfast section was also great with lots of food choices and drinks. For dinner, go to Cedars, the Floating Restaurant. Outside dining is romantic, but you may feel the movement of water and deck. Close drive to park near marina, so walk along its boardwalk during the evening/night.

Room Tip: Get a room with a balcony on the east side of hotel (odd numbered rooms) so you don't get the he...
