“Sushi in Idaho?? You bet -- and this is the place.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 5, 2012

Went on the recommendation of family -- and they were right on! Sushi was excellent, service impeccable in a really fun, relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely go again, next time in town. . .

“Go for the food”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 3, 2012

This place has a large variety of menu selections; one of the most I have ever seen for a japanese restaurant. I agree with another reviewer, the service is generally poor and the place is loud. It is set up to get a lot of people in, espcially at lunch, so don't expect privacy or elbow room, depending or where you might have to sit. The reason I generally go to a restaurant instead of a fast food/drive through, besides a good meal is to be served and have a relaxing conversation. Though the food is very good, going at lunch can be a pack-em-in like sardines experience. I will definitely go back, but be prepared if you have not been there. It can be a bit claustrophobic, so be hydrated before you enter, it could be a while till your waiter brings you a whistle whetting libation, for your patience.

“Best sushi in the area”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 20, 2012

Great little place. Not very big so you may have to wait for a table at peak times. Always great food & friendly staff. Don't plan a visit if you are in a rush they take their time and get things right. My husband loves the sushi and the have have plenty of options for non seafood eaters as well.

“Ok place for Japanese food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 2, 2012 via mobile

If you are looking for a real Japanese sushi- this is not the place. However the fish is fresh. Hamachi Kama was very good.
Service was exceptional - it made our evening.
We sat outside, it was great, inside was packed and smelled like fried food.
Prices are reasonable.
