This restaurant will keep you singing the praises of trip advisor.com. You would drive right past it if you had not read the great reviews before venturing out.

We had the lamb burger and the pork sandwich. Both excellent. Combine that with the great selection of beers on tap, the great service and the more than reasonable prices and you've got a "thank god I'm not eating at Chili's" moment.

We went to Moon Time based on the good reviews, and we were not disappointed. It was about a 20 minute walk from the Coeur d'Alene Resort and even though the streets seemed absolutely dead, the restaurant was packed. The atmosphere was very casual and there was a mix of all type of people including a few babies. There was an abundance of cold micro-brews on tap for a good price. They had an impressive menu with most items being below $10. I had the Caribbean Pork Sandwich and it was delicious. My wife had the soup special (Thai Shrimp) and it was also very good. Even though it was a packed house, the service was friendly, quick and attentive. I'm amazed that this place doesn't show up in any of our guide books (although I guess that's a good thing). All in all, I would highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a tasty meal and some great brews.

LOVE the lamd sandwich!!

I've been in C d'A for three days now and this has been a trip strictly for trying new restaurants and eating out. I've had some disappointing meals but not at Moon Time. I had the Carribean Pork Sandwich and I swear it was the best sandwiches I've ever had in a restaurant. I went here strictly from the reviews I read on this website. I loved the pub atmosphere and they had 20 beers on draught. It's out of the way from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area but still not too far away, only 16 blocks. It was definitely one of the best finds in C d'A for me.
