I have eaten here twice, and both times have had a good dining experience. It's located a ways out of town, but that's what makes it unique. It's off of a highway all by itself, they have a gravel parking lot, and the building looks like an old, Western barn or something (log cabin maybe?). Inside is even better. Lots of wood, tons of old antique memorabilia hanging on the walls and all the staff is dressed in jeans and cowboy boots.

Speaking of the staff, I have to say the service is probably the very best thing about this restaurant. Both times I have had very attentive wait staff that are friendly and put you right at home. In fact, one waitress gave my sister-in-law her earrings, after my sister in law commented on how much she liked them! (They weren't expensive).

The menu is mainly steaks and such, but they are the first restaurant I have ever seen serving "Rocky Mountain Oysters" (I am an LA native, so pardon if I have never seen these on a menu before!). Quality of the food is good and the portions are large. You will not go home hungry. WIne and Beer, only. It's on the expensive side, but a good value for the money.

Go for the experience. It's very much an authentic Western steak house and you'll have fun. Try to get a reservation ahead of time - the place is very busy (a good sign!)
