I walked in late at night and was given a deep discount on the room since it was so late and because I am a Priority Club member (Holiday Inn Express free rewards program). That discount was very cool and much appreciated. Thank you to the night manager!

This hotel is a bit older and more warn than many of the Holiday Inn Express hotels I've stayed in. The second floor where my room was, smelled a bit like cigarette smoke had wafted through, and my room was every so slightly mildewy.

But, I got a great price ($75 - corporate rate), plus the breakfast was great, and I got an excellent night's sleep. So all in all I was very pleased and re-booked my next visit (the following week) before leaving.

Also, it's right off the freeway near the airport on Vista which is a very good location for visiting Boise State University (5 minute drive from there).

probably stay somewhere else next time.

This Holiday Inn Express was much the same as several others that we have stayed at over the years. It is newer than the regular Holiday Inn just down the street and performance was within expectations. There were no surprises either negatively or positively. Maybe the biscuits and gravy for breakfast was a notable plus.
The Boise airport was nearby but the hotel was far enough away that there was no noise pollution.
Our one-night stay was without problems and we slept well.
If this review seems dull it is a reflection of the stay.

There are other hotel choices in the area which would provide comparable services (free breakfast, airport shuttle). I paid $119.00 and had to be moved due to the noise. It sounded as though my neighbor was in my room. Unfortunately the new room had a bathtub which had not been cleaned. So low marks for this hotel.
