We just spent 7 nights here. The hotel was older and spread out, but the rooms have recently been redone. The rooms are very large, the bedding was as good as any we have had at luxury hotels. It was very quite, even though we were catty corner from a hospitality area. The grounds were beautiful with the leaves in full color and georgeous rose beds all around. They had a fire pit on the back patio which many folks gathered around. A very large heated pool outside that was well used even in late October. An outdoor bar and grill, "the Sand Bar" sat out near the pool. They had live music, and very reasonably priced sandwiches. The brisket sandwich was the most tender and flavorful I have ever had. Fries were great, but huge servings made them friend friendly. The bar seemed to be a favorite with locals, as we saw up to 20 bikes parked in front at a time. Dog friendly hotel, with a lot in residence while we were there, but all seemed very well behaved. The resturant food was good, a little pricey. The breakfast buffet with fresh fruit and cooked to order omlets was a real treat. The rooms were a distance from where you park, which could be a concern for some. Would go back if we get back to Boise.
