“Second time here, love it!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 week ago via mobile

After driving 14 hours, tried to book a cheapie hotel online and had the WORST experience, got my refund and decided to come back here! Had stayed here in April, and LOVED it. Booked on Hotwire in April and paid in the 60's, however right now is 100 and up, but SOOO worth it. Such friendly front desk staff, quick and efficient. Rooms are clean, and the beds are to die for. The top floors have a wonderful view, and the whole hotel has a great modern feel to it. I will never go anywhere else!

I was very impressed at this hotel. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The room was very nicely appointed and clean. The breakfast was a surprise, large selection of warm food and comprehensive selection of cereals and fruit. Close to the river and green belt for walking. Convenient to get in and out of town.

After driving five days across country I stayed at this lovely clean hotel. Very nice people, good breakfast choices and close to the river walk. My husband made the reservation for me and reserved a corner room suite and it was lovely! Friendly staff, easy access to the main routes out of town.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly, out going, and willing to go that extra mile to ensure the guests are well taken care of.

Rooms were great, very comfortable beds, the food selection in the AM was much better than I expected. The Pancake maker was a huge welcomed surprise to other hotels I have been too.

Overall, great property, great staff, and everything that you would expect from a world class hotel company such as IHG.

Overall a nice stay. Next to the river you can walk on or bike on. Rooms are clean and spacious. Quiet too. I appreciate the platinum upgrades. Thank you. Breakfast was good too. I liked the chobani yogurt and self serve pancake maker. Red Robin and a great family owned mexican restaurant are within walking distance. Good number of teenager looking employees but I am very impressed by their customer service attitude. Not super professional but super nice and I really like it--sort of like having your kids help you get checked in and settled. Like your family. I would really appreciate a dedicated 24 hour hotel shuttle to the airport. Please consider it. It is the only piece missing that would ensure I stay here every time. The only reason for not getting 5 stars. Thank you.

We made a last minute detour to Boise to meet an old friend. I found the hotel to be in a good location. Nice rooms, good breakfast. Extremely nice staff. Only problem I found was they charged for laundry soap and an excessive amount to use the laundry. OH WELL, not a problem. Over all I would stay there again.

Close to the Green Belt and River Area, friendly staff and clean rooms. Great mattress and pillows. The maintenance staff had to be called get the pool gate open but even they were friendly. You know that means a lot! Plenty of places within walking distance to eat. One can reach out and touch downtown, a big little town. I did not care for the furniture, it looked straight out of Mad Men. Vinyl with no armrests, whoever chose this look should have a stern talking to. The Breakfast was as expected at an HIE but plentiful with fruit. Located downtown it was quiet, and housekeeping did not try to break in at 8:00AM as in some Inns. There is a small Mexican Restaurant almost in the parking lot. Great food and cold beer. It's a keeper of a property and I can definately recommend it. The down side? The pool needed shocking. The water was a bit squishy. Having once been a pool owner I know this feeling. Excellent location, safe, well lighted. I have no idea what it is like on football night however! Once you lean your way around Boise, it is close to everything.

Room Tip: Top Floor, Double Queen has more room. The AC has a constant fan setting and I did not notice bumpi...
