Really nice suites that look brand new. Kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave, dish washer, and cook top. Only thing lacking is an oven. Pool, fitness room and on site laundry. Free breakfast with many items to choose from. Several restaurants within walking distance. Pretty much on the campus of Boise state university.

I was in Boise for two weeks on business and the hotel mixed up
My checkout date and had me checking out a day early. I asked a week ahead of time to change it and was told they were completely booked and to keep checking back at the front desk. On the day they booted me out - I was told by the manager that they had available rooms but couldn't reserve it for me. Great location - terrible customer service

We stayed only one night, as a stopover for a road trip. This hotel would be better for a longer stay than that, especially with the full kitchen facilities. For example, there is only one ice machine-- but you there is a freezer in the room with ice cube trays so you could make your own. There were no small glasses to use in the bathroom, but there were nice coffee mugs and a full-sized coffee machine. The bed was comfortable and the
Walls seem to be pretty thin-- I could clearly hear the adjoining room's telephone conversation and her wake-up call at 6:15 a.m. woke ME up as well.
Breakfast was fine, except that the oatmeal was empty with an hour to go and was not refilled. There were waffles, assorted breads, hardboiled eggs, cereal, yogurt,etc.
We enjoyed the location. We walked downtown for a light dinner ( about 0.5 miles) and strolled around the campus of BSU in the morning before another long day on the road.

Very nice large clean rooms. Lots of facilities in the room although we only stayed two days and ate out. it would be good for a longer stay. Friendly and helpful reception staff. About a 15 minute safe walk to downtown Boise. The only minor problem is that the breakfast area has a congested alcove where food is stored (otherwise I would have given a 5). The range however was good. This was our third visit to Boise (2006, 2009) and this hotel is far superior and better located than the Red Lion where we had stayed before. We will stay here again next year if we get the same rate.
